SalesVocal is a sales productivity platform that helps professionals record, transcribe, and analyze their sales conversations. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you create an account or sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile information necessary to authenticate and personalise your experience.
When you record a sales conversation, the audio file is securely uploaded and processed. We use AI-powered transcription (Deepgram) and analysis (Anthropic Claude) to generate transcripts, summaries, and actionable insights from your recordings.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Salesforce, we sync your event and record data to provide appointment management, reminders, and AI-powered briefings. This data is only accessed with your explicit authorisation.
With your permission, we access your device contacts to help you associate recordings with clients. Contact data is used solely within the app and is not shared externally.
SalesVocal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for delivering the SalesVocal service:
All third-party providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Recordings, transcripts, and synced data can be deleted individually from within the app. Upon account deletion, all associated data — including recordings, transcripts, calendar connections, and Salesforce integrations — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
SalesVocal is designed for business professionals and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of SalesVocal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
