These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalesVocal mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by SalesVocal ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using SalesVocal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use SalesVocal. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. SalesVocal is intended for business professionals and commercial use.

Important: Many jurisdictions require all-party or two-party consent before recording conversations. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the recording of conversations. SalesVocal is not liable for any recordings made without proper consent.

SalesVocal integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Salesforce, Deepgram, and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of SalesVocal may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy or our payment processor's terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalesVocal and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SalesVocal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated transcripts, summaries, or insights will be error-free or fully accurate.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
